Get usage statistics

Get verification usage statistics for the current billing period. Also reports billing_enabled (whether billing is live), card_on_file (a card is on file: a subscription Stripe may still charge — active, past_due, trialing or incomplete) and hard_limit (the usage at which new proof requests stop for a free account with no card, or null when no stop applies — always null while billing is off).
