Latest data export

The account's most recent export and its status, for the Settings and lock pages; latest: null when there is none (an export is kept for 7 days). Owner session only; reachable while the account is locked. Since h-implement-proper-deletion this no longer RETURNS the data — start an export with POST /me/export and download the file when it is ready.
