Finland (FI) is company-level: company records from the Finnish Trade Register, with corporate insolvency notices linked by business ID; no officers; register-change events and monitoring are available. Sweden (SE) is company-level: company records from Bolagsverket, the Swedish Companies Registration Office, with corporate insolvency notices linked by organisationsnummer; no officers or registry-compliance signal; register-change events and monitoring are available. Croatia (HR) is company-level: company records from the Sudski registar, the Croatian court register, with corporate insolvency notices linked by MBS; no officers or registry-compliance signal; register-change events (including share capital) and monitoring are available. Belgium (BE) is company-level: company records from the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/BCE); no officers, registry-compliance signal or insolvency notices (a bankruptcy shows in the company status and in the register-change events); register-change events and monitoring are available, and enterprises of natural persons are never served. Denmark (DK) is company-level: company records from the Danish Central Business Register (CVR), with corporate insolvency notices linked by CVR number; no officers, registry-compliance signal or share capital; register-change events and monitoring are available, and sole proprietorships and estates are never served. Estonia (EE) is company-level: company records from the Estonian e-Business Register (RIK); no officers or registry-compliance signal; bankruptcy declarations from the register are served as insolvency notices, linked by registry code (no court, case number or trustee; liquidation and bankruptcy also show in the company status); activity codes are EMTAK 2008 or 2025 per company; register-change events and monitoring are available, the VAT number (KMKR) is searchable with vat, and sole traders (FIE) are never served. Slovakia (SK) is company-level: company records from the Slovak Register of Legal Entities (RPO); no officers, registry-compliance signal, VAT number or insolvency notices (bankruptcy and restructuring show in the company status); activity codes are SK NACE Rev. 2.1; register-change events and monitoring are available, a vat search is refused, and only commercial legal persons are served (no associations, foundations or other non-commercial entities, and never sole traders or other natural persons). Romania (RO) is company-level: company records from the National Trade Register Office (ONRC) with CAEN activity codes, the J registration number and EUID; the VAT number is RO plus the CUI, built by rule; no officers, registry-compliance signal, share capital or insolvency notices; register-change events and monitoring are available, and natural persons and sole traders (PF, PFA, II, IF, AF) are never served. Cyprus (CY) is company-level: company records from the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (DRCOR) of the Republic of Cyprus; no officers, registry-compliance signal, activity code, share capital, VAT number or insolvency notices; register-change events and monitoring are available, a vat search is refused, and only companies and overseas companies are served (trade names and partnerships are never served). Latvia (LV) is company-level: company records from the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia (Uzņēmumu reģistrs), with the VAT number from the State Revenue Service list of VAT payers; no officers, registry-compliance signal or activity code; insolvency and legal protection proceedings from the Insolvency Register are served as insolvency notices, linked by registration number; register-change events and monitoring are available, the registration number with its LV prefix is searchable with vat, and individual merchants and other natural persons are never served. Switzerland (CH) is company-level: company records from Zefix, the Swiss central business name index, with corporate insolvency notices (SHAB) linked by UID where the notice names it; no officers, registry-compliance signal or activity code; register-change events and monitoring are available, the UID with its MWST, TVA or IVA suffix is searchable with vat, and only legal entities and branches are served (sole proprietorships and other natural persons are never served). The United States (US) is served as company records from the business registers of New York, Colorado, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida (state open data and public records), plus SEC filers (EDGAR) and LEI holders (GLEIF) from every state, Delaware included; it is not a nationwide register of every US company. Each record is one state registration, domestic or foreign (a Delaware company registered in New York is a New York record with its state of formation in registry_details), numbered NY-4424185, CO-20091096973, DE-10684990, CIK-0000320193 or LEI-…; status is active, suspended, strike-off pending, dissolved, withdrawn, revoked, merged or inactive, New York and Pennsylvania publish active entities only (Florida serves active and inactive entities: profit corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and non-profit corporations, domestic and foreign), and the SEC gives no legal status (unknown). Updated weekly. Proprietary, public and foreign companies (ACN and ARBN) only; associations, cooperatives, other bodies, individuals and sole traders are never served. The register gives the state and the postcode, not a street address. ASIC does not separate liquidation from administration, so external administration shows as in_administration and there is no in_liquidation status; there are no insolvency notices. No activity code or share capital. The VAT number is the ABN when the ABN is active and registered for GST; an ABN is searchable with abn= and a GST-registered one with vat=. Status is active, deregistered or merged (with the successor's number): the register publishes no liquidation or insolvency state and there are no insolvency notices; no founding date, activity code, share capital or VAT number. The registration date is the date the corporate number was assigned and is null for companies that carry only the 5 October 2015 designation. Updated monthly (the Receita publishes one full file a month). Commercial legal persons only: limited companies (LTDA), corporations (S.A.), simple societies, single-member limited companies (EIRELI), public companies and mixed-capital companies, and cooperatives; sole traders (empresário individual, MEI included), non-profit entities, branches of foreign companies and every other natural-person form are never served. One record per CNPJ root, with the head office's 14-character CNPJ (shown 00.000.000/0001-91; the 8-digit root finds it too); branches are not served. The register has no address, share capital, contact, activity description or VAT number (a vat search is refused), and no liquidation state: liquidation, judicial liquidation and reorganisation are read from the company name and served as the status, and a cancelled registration is deregistered or merged.
