Link scanners follow GETs, never POSTs, so mutation lives here. Pause and unsubscribe narrow; resubscribe widens, so it's gated on the contact being an app user - matching what the GET offers, and keeping a lead's re-subscribe on 07-03's double opt-in even against a hand-crafted POST.
