Get signed imgproxy URL for child profile picture.

Authentication: JWT required via Authorization header RLS: User must own the child (enforced by Supabase)

Args: child_id: UUID of child width: Target width (optional) height: Target height (optional) format: Output format (jpeg/webp/avif/png, default: webp) quality: Image quality 1-100 (default: 85)

Returns: Signed imgproxy URL with expiry

Raises: 404: Child not found, no profile picture or access denied 400: Invalid transformation parameters 500: URL generation failed
