Set Favourite Thing

Record a child's "favourite thing" as a parent observation.

Thin transport wrapper over capture_favourite_thing - the append-only dedup + canonical L4 projection/embedding live in that shared helper so this REST route and the GraphQL setFavouriteThing mutation stay byte-identical. A blank value is a success no-op (note_id: null).

Authentication: JWT required Authorization: RLS enforced - user must own child
