Export mainframe pipelines as ZIP

Exports multiple mainframe pipelines as a ZIP archive containing their configurations and associated files.

Process Overview:

  1. Request Validation - Validates project ID and pipeline IDs
  2. Pipeline Collection - Gathers all specified pipelines and their configurations
  3. Content Aggregation - Collects pipeline configurations, parameters, and associated files
  4. Archive Creation - Packages all pipeline data into a ZIP archive preserving structure
  5. Stream Preparation - Prepares the archive for download
  6. Response Delivery - Returns the ZIP file with appropriate headers
