Returns state-specific tariff metadata. Supported public state codes: BR, MH, GJ and TN subject to each state release gate. Maharashtra and Gujarat require explicit canonical licensee/category routing where applicable. Tamil Nadu payable status remains fail-closed where controlling evidence is pending.

Public state code. Supported state surface: BR, MH, GJ and TN. Endpoint availability, required licensee/category context and payable status remain state-specific.

Exact YYYY-MM-DD date on or after 2026-04-01. Omission resolves to the release effective date.

subcategory_codestring

Case-insensitive exact state subcategory code.

supply_typestring

Case-insensitive exact supply-type filter.

area_typestring

Case-insensitive exact area applicability filter.

licensee_code'MH_MSEDCL' | 'MH_TPCD' | 'MH_AEML' | 'MH_BEST'

Canonical licensee identifier returned by the state discovery endpoints. Required for licensee-routed states/endpoints such as Maharashtra and Gujarat. No automatic licensee fallback.

category_idstring

Required when state_code=MH. Use the canonical category_id returned by GET /categories.

financial_yearstring

Maharashtra verified tariff financial year. Current public verified release: 2026-27.
