Replace a private channel's members

Replace the members of a private channel. Any member can update this list. The creator remains a member. Return 400 for public and personal channels.

Project ID of the project you're trying to access. To find the ID of the project, make a call to /api/projects/.

Required list of member user IDs. This list replaces the current members. The creator remains a member. Send an empty list to remove all other members. Each submitted user must have project access.
