Claim or release a signal report

Start or update work for the current user, internal task, or external agent. Supply claim_id to resume, pull_requests to add PRs, takeover=true to explicitly take ownership, or release=true to end ownership while preserving work history and PR links.

A UUID string identifying this signal report.

project_idstring required

Project ID of the project you're trying to access. To find the ID of the project, make a call to /api/projects/.

Active claim ID returned by an earlier call. Stale claims are rejected.

pull_requestsstring[]

GitHub PR URLs to add to this report's work. Additive and deduplicated; may span repositories.

takeoverboolean

Explicitly end another actor's claim and take ownership.

Compatibility alias for adding one PR. Prefer pull_requests for new callers.

Release ownership while preserving any attached pull request.
