hog_flows

Bounce/complaint rates for this project's workflow email over the last 30 days, computed on the fly from app metrics (a project-wide aggregate plus per-workflow rows, worst first, capped), together with the authoritative AWS SES tenant verdict — sending status and open reputation findings. Our rates are the per-workflow diagnosis; AWS judges and enforces.

Case-insensitive workflow name filter. Applied before the worst-50 cap, so it finds workflows the unfiltered response cuts off.

isp_shared_domainsstring[] required

Sending domains behind the breakdown that another project also sends from, so its counts include that project's email. Empty when every domain is this project's alone.

isp_withheld_domainsstring[] required

Sending domains left out of the breakdown because another project sends from them and the caller cannot access that project. Empty when nothing is withheld.

email_sending_suspendedboolean required

True while workflow email sending is suspended for this project to protect deliverability.

email_sending_suspended_atstring date-time nullable required

When email sending was suspended; null while sending is enabled.

email_sending_suspension_reasonstring required

Staff-authored reason shown to customers alongside the suspension notice; empty when not suspended.
