Creating one stages nothing: a proposal only reaches the workflow's draft once a human approves it, and only reaches the live config once someone publishes that draft.

project_idstring required

Project ID of the project you're trying to access. To find the ID of the project, make a call to /api/projects/.

The initial index from which to return the results.

status'applied' | 'approved' | 'rejected' | 'suggested'

Only return proposals in this status (suggested, approved, rejected, applied).
