Get post by ID

Returns a post from any workspace you belong to (a teammate's post too, per your role there), not only ones you created. A brand-locked seat only reaches posts in its assigned brands. See Authentication for the role ladder. Returns 404 for a draft any editor skipped in the Content Engine review queue, the same as an unreachable id.
