Disables all configured actions for a Harbor.

You must be an Organization administrator with permission to edit the Harbor. Use a normal writable API credential, not a Harbor profile credential. Your Organization must have the Harbor Actions entitlement.

🚧 Disable all actions

This removes every configured action grant from the Harbor, including grants for detached Connections. There is no per-Connection revision check.

The response contains the empty configuration. This request does not delete Connections, syncs, or provider records.
