Get BLP Enrollment

Get the authenticated account's Backstop Liquidity Provider (BLP) enrollment and the instruments it is subscribed to.

The endpoint is restricted to program participants: an authenticated account that is not enrolled receives a 404, the same response as an account requesting a route that does not exist for it. A participant that is enrolled but not yet subscribed to any instrument receives an empty instruments list.

Program membership is set by Polymarket under the participation agreement. Subscriptions are the participant's own to manage through POST /v1/blp/enroll; every subscribed instrument runs at the program leverage of 3x, which is locked while the subscription stands.
