fee_tierinteger required

Zero-based index into tiers of the single perpetual fee schedule returned by /v1/info/fees, which applies to every perpetual regardless of category. Defaults to 0 without a current tier assignment and is capped at the highest configured tier. WebSocket tier changes appear on the next portfolio update, published every 5 seconds.
