Cs Sms Reply

One-shot chat for SMS / email adapters.

Internal endpoint — guarded by X-Internal-Key (the Vercel proxy sets this; external callers can't reach it). Body is a plain JSON dict with message, optional from_phone, from_email, conversation_id, customer_id. Returns the text response so the caller (e.g. the Twilio webhook handler) can drop it straight into a TwiML reply or a Resend send.
