Send messages

Email a message from the signed-in member to Point11 support (their account team), with the member's name as sender and their email as Reply-To so support answers them directly. Use when the member asks for human help from Point11. Needs a signed-in user: API keys are refused. pending means the message is stored and Point11 keeps retrying delivery; resend with the same Idempotency-Key to check, never with a new one.
