Touch presence

Mark the signed-in member as active now on the organization's dashboard for 60 seconds and return who else is active now (the dashboard visible and used within the last 5 minutes), with when to touch again to stay present. Name the browser tab (tabId) so that tab's leave (collaboration_presence_leave) can end it sooner; once that leave runs, a touch under its id renews nothing, so a tab that comes back touches under a new one. A Point11 operator acting as a member is never shown; they only read. Needs a signed-in user: API keys are refused.
