Increment Story View

Increment the view count for a story.

This endpoint increments both:

  • views: Public view counter (displayed to users)
  • private_views: Internal analytics counter (for metrics/dashboards)

Public endpoint - no authentication required.

Args: story_id: UUID of the story to increment views for

Returns: Updated public view count
