Create Coach Session

Set up the coach voice for live coaching. The voice is DESIGNED from the story character's vocal_style description (the same spec every video clip renders from) and cached on the story — cloning from clip audio is only a fallback. Called while the player's prefetch screen is up; returns a session id the coach endpoint (and the goodbye) speak through.
