Coach Turn Stream

Streaming coach turn — NDJSON lines, each carrying one TTS'd chunk.

The LLM reply streams token-by-token; the FIRST sentence is cut out and voiced while the rest is still generating, then the remainder follows as a second chunk. The player starts speaking after sentence one, cutting time-to-first-audio roughly in half vs /adventure/coach (which stays as the non-streaming fallback).
