Get Stories Sitemap

Generate paginated sitemap for public stories. Each sitemap contains up to 45,000 story URLs. Cached for 1 hour, regenerated if cache is older than 1 hour.

Args: sitemap_number: The sitemap file number (1, 2, 3, etc.)

Returns: XML sitemap with story URLs
