Get Og Meta

Lightweight link-preview metadata for a shared story/character/storybook.

Used by the CloudFront viewer-request function to build Open Graph tags for social/iMessage link previews. Public, read-only, returns ONLY a display title + image (no user_id or internal fields). Always 200 with best-effort data — the caller falls back to the default preview if anything is missing.
