Submit Support Request
Changed onForward an in-app support request to Intercom as a conversation.
Args: request: FastAPI request (required by the rate limiter). body: The submitted support form fields. auth: Authenticated caller; auth.email resolves (or creates) the submitter's Intercom contact so the conversation is attributed to them.
Returns: A success envelope once the Intercom conversation has been created.
