[Removed] Create a provider deployment -- use POST /v1/projects/{project_id}/deployments
Changed onRemoved. Provider-based deployment creation (Fastino/HuggingFace/Fireworks) no longer exists.
The new deployment model is a simple model-swap on a project. Use POST /v1/projects/{project_id}/deployments with {training_job_id, reason} instead.
