The figures the investor page opens with, for the team's own preview.

WHY (2026-10-04, #3583, the design conformance rebuild of Sales > Investor view): Sales.dc.html's Investor view draws three tiles, Total potential revenue, Agencies in play and Investors with access. The first two are what an investor sees at the top of /pipeline, and the only read that served them was GET /api/public/investor/pipeline, which needs an investor's viewer id. So the team's preview could draw only the third tile.

The SAME service.build the public page reads, so the preview can never disagree with what investors are shown, and only its totals: no rows, no names. Gated like every other route on this router (ADMIN, the owner-level key that already decides who may let an outsider in) -- the page that reads it already needs it for the viewer list beside it, so no new authority is decided here.
