Approve Day
"Approve all" on the Today day card: service.approve once for each payout the card listed, in turn (day_batch.approve_each). ⛔NOT A SECOND MONEY PATH: nothing here quotes, creates or funds a transfer; the per-payout lock, stored transfer id and Wise idempotency key inside service.approve are what keep a payout from being paid twice, whichever screen or Slack button reaches it first. A payout whose payment fails is reported by name with Wise's reason and stays pending; the others are paid. Always 200 with one result per payout: a refusal of one is that payout's line, not the request's.
