Customer Summary

Rooster's few sentences on this customer (issue #4060; Frederick, 2026-10-06: "an AI summary ... Rooster can just take notes of what happened"). Read after the page, on its own request, because writing one takes a model call the page must not wait for. Cached until the customer's tickets, calls or acts change (summary.fingerprint).

ALWAYS 200 for a customer Pigeonly knows: {"summary": null} when the model cannot answer or there is nothing to say yet, never an error, so the card simply is not drawn.
