The financial picture every employee sees, identically.

⛔AUTHENTICATED, BUT NOT GATED BY ROLE. Design brief 02 §8 lists "role-gated variants of the numbers" among the things not to build: "Everyone sees the same page." A grant here would quietly create the variants the brief forbids, so there is only the ordinary signed-in check.

ONE NAMED EXCEPTION, since 2026-09-06: headline.commissions_paid (a company-wide commission-payout total) is withheld from anyone who does not hold sees_all_commissions -- Frederick, the same day: "The commission table should only allow the employees to see their own commission, so Keith can't see the others'." A team small enough that this page is basically the whole sales org lets that one aggregate line stand in for an individual's number, which is exactly the inference the Commissions page itself now refuses to allow -- see app/modules/finance/commission_scope.py. Nothing else on this page is gated; service.build still hides only this one figure, never the blended cost/monthly_cost totals it feeds into.

What keeps the REST of it publishable is §6, and that lives in the SHAPE of what is returned rather than in who may ask: no individual invoice, customer, transaction or line item, nobody's pay, no cash on hand, and nothing naming which customer is late.
