Signout

Drop this session -- "not you?" on the form.

DELETED SERVER-SIDE, not just unset in the browser. Clearing the cookie alone leaves a live row whose token is still valid, which matters because the token is what names the person every booking is attributed to.

Deliberately ungated: presenting no cookie, or a dead one, is not an error here -- the caller is asking to have no session, and they end up with none either way.
