Uses Firecrawl change tracking to compare the current page against the previously stored snapshot. The first call for each URL establishes a baseline (status = "new"); subsequent calls report "same", "changed", or "removed". When a page has changed the updated markdown is included so the caller can refresh the knowledge base entry.
