"Fill for me": each input of a form as one plain question (30 a minute)

Built from the form's printed labels, sections and input types only — never from anyone's answers. With an AI provider configured the labels are reworded once per form and cached; otherwise the printed label is used. Images, signatures and tables are left out (they are done on the form itself).
