Oidc Userinfo

OIDC UserInfo. The facade's bearer tokens are Cognito ACCESS tokens, so Cognito itself validates them (GetUser fails on anything expired, revoked, or foreign) and is the authoritative source for the email claim. Required by ChatGPT Enterprise domain restrictions, which need a verified email to pin a connector to a workspace's domain.
