RFC 8414 AS metadata. Registered here for the path-appended probes ({issuer}/.well-known/...); main.py registers the root-level RFC 8414 path-inserted variants (/.well-known/.../api/v1/mcp) with these same handlers, since those URLs live outside the /api/v1 router prefix.
