When 1, returns the trimmed AppListItem shape (just the fields the v2 dashboard's shell + apps-grid render — id, name, status, url, runtime, framework, dataMode, createdAt, description, iconColour, iconImagePath, access). Default response carries the full App. The trimmed shape is what apps.listLight() in the SDK calls.

Caller's effective role. 'admin' grants the operational write surface (deploy, env, domains, KV, logs, PocketBase ops); 'viewer' is read-only; 'owner' is everything including delete / transfer / rename / share management.
