Cascades deployments, env vars, custom domains, and the PocketBase sidecar. During the sunset window (T-0 .. T+90) this is gated: the override requires ?acknowledge=forfeit-export-window AND a single-use X-Sunset-Forfeit-Grant token minted by the dashboard password-reauth flow (only the dashboard can create one). CLI/MCP cannot delete during sunset.
