Complete Venmo seller onboarding from a CASA-approved Google OAuth Gmail grant. Curator resolves the registered maker's Venmo username to an account id, checks it against the maker hash, encrypts the authorization code for attestation-service, and stores the signed credential bundle. Venmo session-cookie onboarding remains available independently.
