Get Project Persons Endpoint
Endpoint for retrieving all persons associated with a project. If minimal=true, returns only person_id, name, category (no S3 presigned URLs) — fast for dropdowns/share links. Otherwise returns full person dicts with presigned face image URLs (can be slow on large projects).
