Get Project Attendees Endpoint

Returns the project's guest list: persons tagged Attendee/Attendees, and anyone with a project_attendees row (including Events imports tagged Host/Speaker). Joined with project_attendees (email, share_link, status) and image_count. Unlabeled/person rows without a guest-list entry stay out of this list and can still be used in merge suggestions (getPotentialDuplicates / getFaceMatchSuggestions).

Returns every attendee by default; limit/offset are opt-in and the response carries total/hasMore.
