List the workspace's folders

Every folder in the workspace, in alphabetical order. Each carries its parent_id and its full path, the number of live files filed directly in it, and the number in its whole branch. Folders nest, so two folders can share a name in different parents and the path is what tells them apart. total is the true number, so a capped list can never read as the whole set.
