Remove a folder

Remove a folder. Nothing inside it is deleted — every file goes back to being unfiled and stays in the library, and every folder inside it moves up one level to where this folder was. The response says how many of each moved. Answers 404 when the folder does not exist or belongs to another workspace, and 409 when lifting one of its folders would collide with a name already at that level.
