Authentication
Removes a user from the system, provided their departure does not leave a group or an organization without the members it needs: a group must keep at least one member and one administrator, and an organization must keep at least one confirmed member. The user is removed from every group and organization, and every custom permission they hold is dropped. Only the current user can delete their own profile, but a user with the partly_staff permission can remove others.
