Authentication

Redeems a code shown by users.exchange-sessions.offer and returns a new access and refresh token pair for the user who showed it, with the same scope. Needs no authorization. A code works once, and redeeming it invalidates the other codes shown by the same stream. Unknown, expired, used and malformed codes all return invalid_code. Repeated attempts return 429 too_many_attempts.
