Return current injury records for a sport.

Data source: ESPN's public core API, refreshed by the collector every ~10 minutes. Includes status, IL category, body part, side, expected return date, and short comment.

Sports supported: baseball_mlb, basketball_nba, basketball_wnba, icehockey_nhl, americanfootball_nfl. Other sport_keys return 400.

Open to all tiers. 1 credit per call.
