Sports Availability

Return current Big 12 football availability reports.

These are official availability labels, not medical injury records. Reports older than 30 hours are excluded, and an unavailable snapshot returns 503 without charging. The default includes actionable statuses; Available rows require includeAvailable=true. Every successful read costs one credit, including a valid response whose filters match no rows.
