Generate Sql For Example

Generate SQL for a question (session-auth, used by the settings UI).

Generates against the account's semantic layer, then binds the result on the shadow DB and retries when it does not run (services/sql_generation/ generator.py). Costs 1 query token however many attempts that takes, and nothing at all when no model was called.
