Generate Sql For Data Mart

Draft a mart's SELECT from its name and description (session-auth, UI).

Same engine as the SQL-example button: generate against the account's semantic layer, then bind on the shadow DB and retry when it does not run. Costs 1 query token however many attempts that takes, and nothing at all when no model was called.
