Receive Status Update

Receive job status updates from Dispatcher via Pub/Sub push.

This endpoint is configured as a push subscription endpoint for the job.status topic.

Validates JWT token from message attributes to ensure the callback is authentic and authorized.

Note: Specific domain exceptions (UnauthorizedError, ForbiddenError, ValidationError) are allowed to bubble up to return appropriate status codes. The decorator handles unexpected exceptions.
