The x402 v2 /supported document. The official resource server reads it at start-up and refuses to build payment requirements for any scheme or network it does not list. For upto, extra.facilitatorAddress is the P2FluxX402Splitter: the x402 client signs it into the Permit2 witness, and the x402 upto proxy then lets nobody else execute the signature.
